Consolidating QI

Consolidating the Qi’ weaves elements of all our series to date together. Deepening into qi cultivation practices, we begin to glimpse the golden threads of...a different way of being. The basis of a strong physical structural alignment is what we grow our practice on. As we relax, our practice becomes fluid and we tap into our awareness of our own qi flow.

We will look at 2 basic standing meditation postures and both a dynamic and a subtle interpretation. Roots and grounding will be addressed, along with suspension. We will map the Microcosmic Orbit.

Much of what we have learned comes from the Tien Tao (Heavenly Dao) Qi Gong. Qi Gong has Shamanic roots. Practices dating from when we lived closely attuned with Nature and our planet.

All are welcome to join this new series. Suitable for all ages. Healers, martial artists, yogis and anyone interested in a vital relationship to energy and life and our journey through it.

The focus of this series is consolidation... Come and play movement, breath, flow and meditation.

Lesley has been teaching for over 13 years. The Internal Arts are her passion.
