Join us as we explore your body's ability to restore wellbeing, strength & agility through mindful movement sessions infused with valuable themes that will invite you to grow in your awareness.  

Alongside our studio offerings we run Retreats, health inspired events/workshops & also inspiring movement programs run by collaborating instructors.

We are also the founders of PADELFIT and soon to be the home of JOMA clothing and accessories.

For Private sessions contact Jeanne directly. Private sessions offer an amazing foundation and start to your movement journey. If you are rehabilitating from injury or would like to do sport specific work, private sessions offer you this space. 

Explore your inner landscapes with Jeanne and combine these with your movement journey. An expansive experience - set up a discovery session with Jeanne to explore this option.
