Jeanne’s approach is a blend of traditional coaching models, Somatic coaching and her foundations understanding of behaviour from her Masters degree in Psychotherapy.

Coaching conversations are focused on coaching to a person’s way of being by exploring the dynamic interrelationship between the three domains of human existence: language, moods and emotions, and the body. When we have awareness of how we are being in these areas, we can start to see new possibilities for ourselves and this can enables a greater quality of life.
